Nowadays, reconfiguration or re-programming of Internet of Things applications have been applied in WSN and even IoTs eco-system, which is one of the most important function of IoTs system. Because of IoTs devices can be deployed in remote or dangerous locations such as forests, volcanoes, just to name a few, to adapt the operations of IoTs applications under unpredictable conditions of dynamic environments. Thus, it is important and necessary to reconfigure to change behaviors of application applied in IoTs devices in which people do not intervene. This article focuses on the design and development of an IoTs middleware framework that allows for the re-configuration. Our approach is based on an event driven, and service-oriented architecture, intelligent context management and integration with cloud. To validate our proposed framework, we have demonstrated through a temperature measurement application and discuss our proposed framework in terms of reconfigurationvi_VN
