dc.description.abstract | Single channel noise reduction methods are widely exploited during five decades since they are simple to practice. So, many speech enhancement algorithms that exploit single microphone technique have been developed. However, single microphone speech enhancement algorithms are not effective in the noisy middles when the non stationary noise is dominant due to the difficulties related to the prediction of this type of noise exploiting such methods. So, the speech quality can be ameliorated exploiting multi microphone noise reduction techniques. The use of microphone arrays gives one the opportunity to exploit the fact that the source of the desired speech signal and the noise sources are physically seperated in space for speech enhancement. There are the dualchannel speech algorithms which are easy to implement and can be indicate good performances with the non stationary noise case. In this paper, we present a mention of microphone arrays, a dual-microphone system and it’s conventional digital signal processing techniques. Experiments with recorded data show a good performance and low complexity of the system, making it possible for an integration into mobile communication devices. | vi_VN |
