Abstract: Observably, the road traffic in Vietnam, especially in big cities such as Hanoi or Ho-Chi-Minh city, is chaotic. As the result, traffic congestion is one of the most terrible problems that citizen in Vietnam has to face each day, besides air pollution and river pollution (e.g. To Lich river in Hanoi). In this paper, I propose an approach, based on the multi-agent paradigm, to tackle the traffic congestion problem at small bi-directional streets in big cities of Vietnam.
