Identifying Factors Affecting Digital Transformation in VietNam

Abstract

This article focuses on analyzing, identifying and measuring the factors affecting digital transformation in Vietnam. Research results show that there are five factors: policy system, leader's vision, network security, sustainable development of the economy and digital knowledge and skills. From there, the article recommends policy implications for state management agencies and other organizations that can help digital transformation in Vietnam will be more effective.
