Xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quản trị giáo dục cao hơn trong việc tự chủ đại học

Abstract

This paper aims to focus on analyzing, establishing and measuring factors affecting university governance in the higher education autonomy. Research results show that there are five factors that divided into two groups affecting university governance. The internal factors including: management-executive capacity of university administrators, organizational model, awareness of managers, organizational culture and the external factor is police system. From there, the article gives some implications for state management agencies, university administrators to help university governance more effectively.
