Abstract: | This study explores factors influencing the use of VR settings on OTT platforms for video calls among citizens in Danang, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Data from 973 respondents reveals the impact of effort expectancy, performance expectancy, perceived enjoyment, social influence, facilitating condition, and trust on VR uptake. The findings aim to inform OTT design and technology adoption strategies in the Vietnamese context. |
