Ontology Construction and Semantic Search on Scientific Research Works

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has made people's knowledge base increasingly open. Nowadays, human data is largely stored in the form of electronic documents and stored in storage devices. With such a huge amount of data, finding and capturing information becomes an indispensable need for every human being. Currently, in Vietnam, scientific researches are receiving a lot of attention. The search for scientific studies has therefore also increased a lot. However, in addition to the popular keyword search sites such as Google, or Yahoo,... the Web search for information of scientific research can say that it does not exist. Learn about the Semantic Web and data mining, learn about current systems that support searching and searching of scientific research, the author proposed a new system that can respond the need to search, look up, and statistic scientific research projects in accordance with the operating procedures at the Khanh Hoa Department of Science and Technology.
