| Abstract: | The non-line-of-sight (NLOS) visible light communication system is the hard-practical application. Similar to traditional VLC systems, NLOS based VLC uses the camera as a receiver and LED array as a transmitter. The output data is acquired by detecting the transmitted image and then decoding received images. Therefore, to mitigate the BER, a reasonable threshold must be examined. In this paper, the Third-Order Polynomial Curve Fitting (TOPC) is proposed and compares its performance with that of Iterative Thresholding (IT) and Quick Adaptive Thresholding (QAT). The archived result is for BER below 1x10-3with a distance of 60cm to 140cm. |
