Rough set theory has garnered significant attention in the area of constructing decision models from learning data. While some group decision-making models have been developed based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Rough Sets, research into models utilizing picture fuzzy-rough set methods has been relatively scarce. This paper introduces a novel notion of a multiple information system, an extension of the conventional construct derived from A. Pawlak’s rough set theory. It then proposes a procedural methodology to formulate a picture fuzzy approximation space drawing upon the notion of multiple information systems and a comprehensive framework for group decision-making in the context of the multiple information system, enhancing the practical utility of these theoretical constructs.vi_VN
