Abstract

The research has clarified the similarities and differences, universality and specificity in the theory of sustainable development and green growth, green economy and climate change response. On that basis, propose green policy solutions and tools in the process of planning, developing and implementing public policies to achieve sustainable development goals. Research on the group of green policy tools in different industries and fields is a new research need to serve the goal of sustainable development in our country today.
