The research paper focuses on analyzing the current situation of women's entrepreneurship in Vietnam in the context of global economic integration, and at the same time compares it with typical international support models. Through the method of document synthesis and policy analysis, the study points out the barriers that Vietnamese women face in the process of starting a business, including limited access to capital, management skills, digital transformation, and social prejudice. On that basis, the article proposes solutions such as institutional reform, developing a network of advisors, expanding access to microfinance and improving digital transformation capacity. The goal is to form a comprehensive, fair and sustainable startup ecosystem for Vietnamese women.vi_VN
