The Impacts of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Employee’s Productivity

Abstract

The author decided to undertake the empirical study with the aim of analyzing the impacts of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee productivity of Vinh Hoan Limited Company (Vinh Hoan Co., Ltd)’s employees. The positive correlation between total quality management and employee productivity is proved by the statistical data analysis section. Several recommendations will be provided by this research to aid Vinh Hoan Limited Company in appropriately implementing TQM system for employee productivity and organizational performance enhancement. In short, the whole research will stress the positive relationship between Total Quality Management and Vinh Hoan Limited Company’s employee productivity
