This book presents selected papers from the 14th International Conference on Information Technology and its Applications (CITA 2025) which will be co-organized by Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (Vietnam), Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (Cambodia) and King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (Thailand), and will take place in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on July 14–15, 2025. The conference also is supported and accompanied by the research and training institutions belonging to the ASEAN Consortium for Innovation and Research (ACIR) as well as the Vietnam ICT Association of Faculties-Institutes-Schools-Universities (FISU Vietnam), Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland), University College Dublin (Ireland), Springer and SMCS (IEEE).
Over the past 14 years of establishment and development, CITA has become an international scientific conference with a prestigious brand in the scientific commu nity not only in Vietnam but also around the world in the field of ICT and digital economy. All papers submitted to CITA 2025 are reviewed seriously, closely and thor oughly by 2–5 reviewers with appropriate expertise, with professional advice from reputable scientists in the fields of information and communication technology, digital economy such as Prof. D.Sc. Ngoc Thanh Nguyen (Chair of IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Computational Collective Intelligence, Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Poland), Prof. Dr. Christian Boitet (Grenoble Univer sity, France), Prof. Dr. Thanh Thuy Nguyen (Chairman of FISU Vietnam, VNU University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam), Prof. Dr. Tzung-Pei Hong (National University of Kaohsiung, Taiwan), Prof. Dr. David Camacho (Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain), Prof. Dr. Nitesh Chawla (University of Notre Dame, USA), Prof. Dr. Franck Leprévost (University of Luxembourg, Luxembourg), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nhien-An Le-Khac (University College Dublin, Ireland), Prof. Dr. Chia Nan Wang (National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan), Prof. Dr. Kang-Hyun Jo (University of Ulsan, South Korea), Prof. Dr. Yeong-Seok Seo (Yeungnam University, South Korea), Prof. Dr. Kim-Kwang Raymond Choo (University of Texas at San Antonio, TX, USA), Prof. Dr. Kien Nguyen (Institute for xi xii Preface Advanced Academic Research; Graduate School of Engineering of Chiba University, Japan), Prof. Dr. Nguyen Le Minh (Director of Research Centre for Interpretable AI, JAIST, Japan), Prof. Dr. Tran Xuan Tu (The Information Technology of Institute, Vietnam National University, Vietnam). With CITA 2025, we have received in total 165 papers whose authors come from over 30 countries around the world. Only 72 papers of the highest quality were selected for oral presentation and publication in this LNNS volume. The average rate of papers accepted by this volume is about 43%. Papers included in these proceedings cover the following topics: Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Image and Natural Language Processing, Software Engineering and Information System, Network and Communications, and Digital Economy. The accepted and presented papers focus on new trends and challenges facing information technology and its applications. The presenters show how research works can stimulate novel and innovative applications. We hope that you find these results useful and inspiring for your future research work.
