In the context that technology is rapidly developing throughout the year, technostress has become a significant issue due to its effects on work performance and employee satisfaction. Therefore, organizations must be aware of the variables that affect and mitigate technostress in the workplace to maximize technostress's impact on employees, improving their job performance. This study indicates the relationship among technostress producers, evaluates their impact on job satisfaction and productivity and examines technostress inhibitors as moderators and the mediating role of burnout. After collecting and analyzing the sample of 316 respondents, the results reveal a positive relationship between the technostress creators and burnout. In detail, technostress creators demonstrate the adverse effects on task performance while showing no substantial impact on job satisfaction. Additionally, a higher level of burnout tends to decrease employee task performance and job satisfaction, while technostress inhibitors have been discovered as factors that could enhance workplace satisfaction. Furthermore, technostress inhibitors examined as the moderators in this research have shown their capacity to reduce the negative impact of technostress creators on job satisfaction. The study also highlights the importance of addressing the causes of technostress to improve employee job satisfaction and task performance. Therefore, organizations should focus on improving mechanisms and delegating employees to have opportunities to participate and mitigate technostress in the workplace. Besides, this research also offers scientific viewpoints on how to deal with technostress and avoid chronic burnout.vi_VN
