In the context of digital asset development on blockchain platforms, ensuring control over token naming and transaction structure is essential for transparency and regulatory compliance. This paper presents a smart contract deployment model that enforces naming constraints for token issuance, requiring all token names to begin with a fixed four-character prefix. The model also implements a multi-output transaction structure that distributes the minted token to a predefined wallet address. The approach is realized on the Cardano blockchain using the Lucid library and Plutus V3, under the EUTxO accounting model. Experimental results demonstrate that the model effectively enforces naming policies while improving the security and auditability of asset issuance. These findings indicate a practical direction for controlled token deployment in applications such as digital certificates, decentralized identity, and compliant financial instruments. Compared to existing standards such as CIP-25 and CIP-68, this work uniquely enforces naming rules at the minting stage through applied parameters, ensuring identity compliance and structured asset distribution.vi_VN
