                     The customer sentiment prediction process shown in Figure 2 is including the following
                     steps:

                     Step 1: Collect customer reviews of 4-5 star hotels in Vietnam on TripAdvisor.


                     Step 2: Pre-process the collected data and store it as a .csv file


                     Step 3: Use the segmentation tool to split into sentences

                     Step 4: Label the sentences into negative and postive


                     Step 5: Use the LSTM model to train data set.

                     Step 6: Use test data and measure the accuracy of the LSTM model
