Abstract: In the socio-economic development orientation of each country in the world, attention is paid to the development orientation of the tourism industry because this is considered an industry with a great contribution to the overall development of the economy. In recent years, the tourism industry has developed widely around the world. Tourism has brought about many jobs for many people with high incomes. The accompanying tourism services are also full of potential development. The explosive development of Industry 4.0 with many smart, convenient, and efficient products and services was simultaneously born. This prompted several innovative research applied to all professions including tourism. Therefore, a mobile application that automatically promotes the image and tourism brand with quick and convenient tour payment transactions can gain a high development advantage. Besides, chatbot technology is gradually becoming popular and effective in many fields from education, commerce, and manufacturing. This study aims to develop the idea of using chatbots in consulting and promoting tourism brands automatically, quickly, and conveniently, and using creative points to create novelty and attractiveness for the product. Experimental results show that the system has good load carrying capacity and operation when there is a large number of users accessing it. With this result, it is possible to implement practical applications to increase the service quality of the tourism information system in the current digital transformation era.
