Abstract: | This study explores the importance of employee engagement at the pace of rapid technological advances. It focuses on three key factors: digital leadership, quality of work life, job satisfaction, and their influence in building strong organizational commitment of employees. The sample size is 420 observations collected using the convenience and snowball technique. The respondents are employees of businesses in Dak Lak province of Vietnam. The result shows that quality of work life, digital leadership, and job satisfaction affect employees’ organizational commitment. Job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment and in the relationship between digital leadership and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, quality of work life is a mediator in the relationship between digital leadership and organizational commitment. |
