BBS performs much faster than the original one. The access speed of FRAM is
similar to DRAM, much faster than flash memory. In the other hand, there is no merge
operation on FRAM which costs lots of time on flash memory. This helps BBS faster
then the original about 21.8%.

5 Conclusion
Flash memory and SQLite are widely used for mobile devices nowadays. Due to hard-
directly writing data to SQLite. To solve this issue, we proposed a new buffer based
scheme for SQLite on flash memory using FRAM. The proposed system can minimize
the flash operations and improve the performance of SQLite. The experimental results
show that BBS yields a good performance and helps the the system improve the
reliability.
