5 Conclusion and Future works

In this paper, we have presented InMaps, a framework for creating intelligent maps
that can provide useful and real-time information for various audiences. We have
described the architecture, techniques, and implementation of InMaps, which uses
2D-3D maps, indoor location, and cloud computing technologies. We have also
demonstrated the application of InMaps to make a campus map for the Vietnam -
Korea University of Information and Communication Technology. The campus map
can show the location and status of facilities, events, and people in the campus.
In the future, we plan to extend InMaps to support more types of intelligent maps,
such as disaster management maps, tourism maps, and traffic maps. We also intend to
improve the user interface and interaction of InMaps to make it more intuitive and
user-friendly. Furthermore, we will explore the integration of InMaps with other ser-
vices and platforms, such as social media, e-commerce, and smart city systems. We
hope that InMaps will contribute to the development and dissemination of intelligent
maps for various domains and purposes.
